"This Is Private Property" Song: Lyrics & Meme

Last updated:

If a TikTok sound keeps saying "This is private property" and you want to know where it comes from: it is the Hit the Road Dude meme, also called the state property meme. There is no official song; the "song" is the dialogue from a short video of a man in a white pickup.

Best results: one person or one pet, face clearly visible and facing the camera, even light. Avoid group photos, sunglasses and heavy filters. People keep the original voice; pets get an AI voice saying the same lines.

2Who is driving?

Where the sound comes from

The line comes from a video posted by the creator Bird28thegr8 on YouTube: a man in a white pickup drives up to people fishing on his pond and tells them it is private property. Short cuts of that moment spread on TikTok, and creators turned the dialogue into beats and remixes.

Is it a real song?

No official music release is behind the meme. What people call the song is either the original dialogue or a remix of it made by another creator. Other songs with "private property" in the title are unrelated to this meme.

Also known as
