Failed renders

If a video fails to render, it is returned to your balance automatically. No action is needed.

Unused videos

You can request a refund of a video pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its videos have been used. Email yaohongan20@qq.com with your order ID.

Not happy with the result

If a finished video does not look like you or your pet, or you are unhappy with it for any reason, email yaohongan20@qq.com within 14 days with your order ID. We refund the payment for that pack. No long forms.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
